Reflexology, to Demi, is so much more than a treatment, it’s a way of gently reconnecting the body, mind, and energy as a whole. By working on specific reflex points on the face, hands, and feet, she is able to support different organs and systems within the body, helping to encourage balance and flow where it’s needed most. As a Level 5 reflexologist, Demi offers treatments that go beyond simple relaxation. Her aim is to create a space where the body can truly unwind, circulation can improve, and the natural healing response can be supported. Foot reflexology, in particular, feels deeply grounding. These sessions work on many layers — physical, emotional, and energetic. Helping to bring the body back into a state of balance, back to homeostasis. Every session Demi offers is intuitive, nurturing, and tailored to each individual. She blends her knowledge and training with a deep, present awareness of what the body needs in that moment.
