Service Description
Take some time to slow down, relax, and reconnect with yourself during this 90minute restoration session. We begin with a gentle scalp massage to help release tension in the head, neck, and shoulders. You'll then choose either facial reflexology OR foot reflexology, depending on what feels right for you on the day. The session continues with Reiki & crystal healing. Gently restoring balance to your energy field, your chi. You'll then rest in the soothing frequencies of Sound therapy giving you space to relax deeply and restore in the healing soft sounds. Before you leave, we'll spend a few minutes chatting about your experience. If anything stood out during the session, I'll share what I noticed and where the energy seemed to be drawing attention, with time for any questions or reflections you may have. Caring for yourself isn't indulgent, it's time your body truly needs.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a £20 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance to be paid on the day. If you need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Changes made after this time cannot be accommodated and the deposit will not be refunded.
