I’ve created this intimate 2hour Root & Rise as a space to pause, breathe and reconnect with your heart. Together we’ll enjoy a; 🌀Heart-opening cacao ceremony, 🌀Guided meditation, 🌀Enchanting sound therapy, 🌀1:1 reiki & crystal healing with myself or another beautiful reiki practitioner that will be joining me. 🌀Then we will ground into a gentle reflection and a cosy, supportive atmosphere where you can process the feedback of your healing. With only 8 spaces, the morning is designed to feel nurturing, giving everyone time and space to relax and receive. These sessions are about creating a beautifully warming sacred space for you to let go of the busy, to connect with your inner healing that is already here. Bringing you into a state of pure relaxation, reaching deep to the roots of dis-ease and rise lighter and brighter. Whether you’re new to this kind of healing or it’s already part of your journey, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
