Service Description
A gentle two and half hour journey to root & rise. We’ll begin with cleansing and grounding, then settle into a guided meditation with soothing sound healing infused with reiki, you will receive 1:1 healing with me during the session to melt away stress and deep release. We’ll come back to earth with a warm tea, a sweet treat to anchor the calm, and connect with a cosy conversation lead with your experiences and some guidance cards. ♡ 6 spaces to keep the groups personal and cosy ♡ crystal healing ♡ multidimensional healing ♡ sound healing through instruments and vocals These sessions are about creating a beautifully warming sacred space for you to let go of the busy, to connect with your inner healing that is already here. Bringing you into a state of pure relaxation- reaching deep to the roots of dis-ease and rise lighter and brighter.

Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a £20 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance to be paid on the day. If you need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Changes made after this time cannot be accommodated and the deposit will not be refunded.
