Recharge and elevate your well-being. Join our monthly Sound baths, part of Ascending Together group sessions. This is time for you to immerse yourself in healing frequencies from sound bowls, chimes, and drums, channelled collective Universal life force energy that attunes you to your innate state of healing. Sound therapy works by promoting relaxation and balancing energy within the body, helping to release tension and restore harmony on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Demi will guide you into a mediative state and help you train the "monkey mind". Followed by bathing in sound healing and channelled Reiki and vocals that speak to parts of your soul and bring forward healing frequencies. Air beds and eyes masks are provided, just wear something cosy. All you need to bring is a bottle of water, a blanket or 2 as you body temperature does drop. annnnnd Relax.......

Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a £20 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance to be paid on the day. If you need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Changes made after this time cannot be accommodated and the deposit will not be refunded.
