Multidimensional Healing: The What, Why, and How...

Healing is often spoken about as if it were a single action with a single cause: treat the symptom, fix the problem, move on.

The way I like to work challenges this idea entirely. It recognizes that human beings are complex, layered systems; physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual, and that true healing happens when these systems are addressed together rather than in isolation.

This article explores multidimensional healing in depth: what it truly is, why it matters, and how it works.

What Is Multidimensional Healing?

Multidimensional healing is an integrative approach to healing that has evolved within me, from what started out as my self healing journey, discovering Reiki (universal life force, that we already are), to embodying so much more. My clients over the years used to say "it feels like reiki but on steroids" :'D, and I started to realise it was because I was rooting into so much more, and so using the term Reiki didn't feel like it suited anymore. I Have been on this personal journey to my heart desires for about 10 years, in this time I studied Counselling skills, L5 Reflexology, Sound therapy, Anatomy and physiology. I love to continue learning about the connection between all our layers and I bring forward my experiences and knowledge to integrate multidimensional healing.

It's a form of gentle but powerful energy work, (that is mainly hands off), I say 'mainly' because I do touch reflexes where I feel guided to, but I am predominantly working with the energy field and soul.

The more I dive into my own healing journey, open my heart and soul to pure source, the more frequencies I become aligned with to help guide and heal, from galactic, dragon, light language, angelic, sacred geometry, and sound, to name a few.

These are all frequencies that are around us, by consciously connecting/ channelling them, or as I like to say, "dancing with the energies". It helps me to flow into feeling where the body is shifting from and towards, where energy may be stagnant or blocked, and any messages that may come forwards within that.

This is why I call it multidimensional, because of the connection to my beautiful team of frequencies that I work with and the layers in which we work together to bring forward soulful healing.

My intention with each client is that the right guides and frequencies step forwards that match that present moment for their highest light and truth, because your journey is your own. Part of my teachings is that you start to become aware and listen to your whole body. Acknowledging the multiple layers of the self and the ways they interact, rather than focusing solely on physical symptoms or psychological states. Therefore starting to fully listen, to feel into what your whole self needs.

Physical layer: the body, organs, nervous system, and biochemical processes

Emotional layer : feelings, stored emotional responses, and unprocessed experiences

Mental layer: beliefs, thought patterns, conditioning, and perception

Energetic layer: subtle energy systems, such as chakras, meridians, and the biofield

Spiritual layer: meaning, purpose, soul-level experiences, and connection to something greater

My belief in these healings isn't that every challenge exists equally in all layers, but it recognizes that a disturbance in one layer often echoes through to the others. For example, unresolved emotional trauma may manifest as chronic physical tension, while deeply ingrained beliefs can shape both emotional reactions and bodily stress responses, Just as physical illnesses can trigger depression.

These healings are a shift in a way of life. They are not a quick fix or a bypass of difficult emotions, its not a consistent state of positivity or transcendence, nor is it a replacement for medical or psychological care.

Its not a destination, but an ongoing conversation between all that you are....

...its a deeper invitation , a respectful approach to the journey within to restoring communication between inner worlds, and allowing life energy to flow where it was once stagnant/blocked.

Why Multidimensional Healing Matters

Because Symptoms Are Not the Root Cause

Multidimensional healing asks a deeper question: What is this experience trying to reveal?

I believe that recurring patterns are intelligent signals pointing toward unmet needs, suppressed experiences, or misaligned ways of living. This includes what we eat, our habits, our environment, our thought process. Becoming aware of these is the first step into keeping what resonates with our true desires and change what does not.

A purely physical intervention cannot always resolve emotional grief. Likewise, positive thinking alone may not heal a dysregulated nervous system. Multidimensional healing matters because it honour's the full complexity of being human.

By challenging you to address multiple layers simultaneously, healing becomes more sustainable, embodied, and integrated.

Trauma Lives Across Dimensions

Trauma is not stored only as memory. It can live in the nervous system, in muscular holding patterns, in emotional reflexes, and in subconscious beliefs about safety, worth, and trust. Multidimensional healing allows trauma to be approached gently and holistically, meeting it where it lives rather than forcing it through a single lens.

Healing Is Not Linear

Many people feel discouraged when healing seems to regress or repeat. My approach reframes this experience: healing unfolds in spirals, layers, and cycles. Revisiting similar themes does not mean failure, it often means deeper integration is taking place. We are still on this human experience, still being challenged, still seeking balance, joy & peace, still being asked to be in the present.

How Multidimensional Healing Works

My main intention in these healing session is bringing forwards time for you, time for Pure Relaxation, to train your brain to settle into theta and delta states, because when you flow into these states, you are open to your innate healing, to communicate with your body, repair, and reset. Because you heal you. I help bring forwards wisdom, light frequencies, set a divine environment, challenge you, and guide you to theta state, but essentially your healing your self. The healing journey and what you do after is Yours.

Multidimensional healing is not a single technique. It is a framework within which many tools and practices can work together, that keeps evolving within me and my own journey.

  • Awareness and Listening

The first step is learning to listen to the body, emotions, energy, and inner guidance;

Somatic awareness (noticing sensations without judgment)

Emotional literacy (naming and allowing feelings)

Reflective inquiry (observing recurring thoughts and beliefs)

Energetic sensitivity (noticing subtle shifts in mood, vitality, or presence)

Then you start to understand that healing begins when experiences are met with curiosity rather than resistance.

  • Identifying Patterns Across Dimensions

Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?” ask:

When did this pattern first appear?

What emotions or beliefs accompany it?

Where does it live in the body?

What does it protect or communicate?

This pattern recognition helps reveal how different layers of the self reinforce one another, and where gentle intervention can create the most change.

  • Working With, Not Against, the Nervous System

True healing cannot occur in a state of constant survival. When the nervous system feels safe, deeper layers can surface and integrate naturally. Multidimensional healing emphasizes regulation, safety, and pacing. Here are some practises that have helped regulate myself and my clients:

Breathwork- there are many different practises for breath work, find one that suits you. Becoming present with your breath and feeling where you hold your breath is the start- ideally we want to breathe deep into our tummy, just like a baby does instinctively.

In fight/ flight mode and high stress, we hold our breathe in our chest- causing shortness of the breath- Panic attacks.

Grounding and gentle movement exercises- Walking in nature, Swimming, Yoga, Pilates, Dance, just to name a few.

Rest and rhythm restoration- Honouring times of rest aka retreat, to recover and reduce stress and replenish. Coming back into balance with your body's natural cycle- biological clock- awake- sleep- routines.

  • Releasing and Recreating new patterns

Healing involves both release and creation; releasing stored emotions or energy, processing experiences that where once overwhelming, repatterning beliefs that no longer serve you, and cultivating new internal experiences of trust, truth and self-compassion.

This is not about forcing change, but about finding your power within to create change.

  • Integration and embodiment

Once you start to release and recreate those new patterns and become the creator that you are, making more aligned and aware decisions - you can start to fully integrate them. Integration happens when awareness is lived, felt, and embodied in daily life.

This is all about making more aligned choices that serve you, healthier boundaries, and allowing moments of rest, pleasure and presence.

Multidimensional healing is a way of life. It offers something meaningful, a deeper sense of home.

Lots of love
